The POWER of Butt Juice (aka Coffee Enemas)

Yes, butt juice, and by butt juice we mean coffee...up there. In an enema. 

Ok let’s just start by saying Coffee enemas are the BIZ

Let’s break it down so you know what’s happening when the “juice” enters your…well, you know.

When the coffee enters the body it goes into the descending colon.

The star of the show at this point is a component of the coffee called palmitic acid which dilates the blood vessels and boosts blood flow through the colon walls.

The coffee is then absorbed by the hemorrhoidal vein and transported to the portal vein… straight shot right into the liver! BOOM!

Now, this is where it gets exciting  

The liver is BAD.FREAKING.ASS. (if you didn't know) Your liver filters about 900 ml of blood… per minute!

So, by increasing the blood flow during an enema you're increasing the rate of those toxins being transported to the liver within your blood to then be broken down. Once the liver processes those toxins, it sends them into bile to get the heck out via the stool!

This is BIG NEWS when it comes to hormone balance! Excess and used hormones also go to the liver to be broken down and eliminated through the bile and stool. Many women deal with hormone imbalances (like excess estrogen) primarily because they are backed up and not able to be eliminated.

Now here’s another SHOCKING benefit, when the coffee hits the liver an antioxidant enzyme called GST (glutathione s-transferase) increases by 600-700%!! Why the heck is that so shocking? Because one major job of this enzyme is to break down toxins, clear free radicals from the blood stream & protect cells from stress… so increasing by 600-700%?! Yeah, SHOCKING.

Here's How:


  1. First you'll need a high quality coffee (we suggest Pure Life Enema Coffee)

  2. Then you'll need a enema kit, which come in a few variations, like a glass or stainless steep bucket or a silicone bag type. (Pure life sells this one we love)

  3. Add 1-2tbsp coffee to a French press

  4. Pour hot filtered water over the coffee grounds

  5. Let the coffee sit until cooled to body temperature OR pour cool distilled/filtered water over it to bring it to body temperature. You are aiming for about a quart of coffee mixture (feel free to add filtered water to get to this amount)

  6. Make sure enema clamp is closed! and pour the cooled coffee into the bucket/bag

  7. Lay on your left side and adjust the clamp to slightly open, allow to slowly enter the colon. Lie on your left, back or right side. Rotating to move the coffee through the entire colon. If the pressure is too much, release and try again. The goal is to retain the coffee for 15 minutes.
